Brazilian anti-terrorist measures

Americans Fingerprinted at Brazil Airport, from AP. Only at Sao Paulo's airport and in reaction to the new U.S. anti-terror regulation requiring citizens from 27 nations, which includes US fingerprinting of Brazilian citizens arriving in the US. Brazil also requires visas for U.S. citizens, in response to a similar requirement for Brazilians entering the United States.
