Buenos Aires, la nueva meca de turismo gay de Sudamérica (Reuters) mentions that same sex marriages and gay tango lessons aren't listed on the tour guides, but does discuss the growing popularity of Buenos Aires as an accepting and urbane tourist destination for gay and lesbian travelers.
