Derby Day - Clasico del Derby of Vina del Mar, Chile

Held annually the first Sunday in February, Derby Day in Viña del Mar is a huge event, second only to the Independence Day celebrations. Following the traditions of the British Derby, the race is for three year old thoroughbreds, and blends racing tradtiion with Chilean hospitality, summer and beaches.
