Easter Island moais Luxury hotel to open in December in Chile’s Easter Island (MercoPress): "Officials from Posada de Mike Rapu, Explora’s new luxury hotel on Chile’s Easter Island, confirmed that it will open on December 15. Demand has been high: the hotel is almost completely booked through the remainder of the year."

Easter Island, also called Isla de Pascua and Rapa Nui, is isolated, but still one of the prime South American destinations, and is renowned for the enigmatic statues known as moais.

My dream is to go to Easter Island and plan to do so this coming year. I had not heard about Explora before, but thanks for sharing the link. Now that I looked in their website, I am afraid I have the urge to go to Atacama and Patagonia experience those amazing places with the refinement and experience this company seems to offer.
