Here's How:

  1. Bolivia international country code is 591.
  2. For international calls, use 00.
  3. For international collect (reverse charges) calls, dial the operator and specify the call is por cobrar.
  4. Card phones and phone cards are available in larger ENTEL offices and major airports.
  5. Pay phones cost a few centavos.
