Laguna Honda

Laguna Hedionda means Smelly Lake.

These lagoons are in the 1.8 million-acre (728,460-hectare) Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve where from September to May, a migrating population of Chilean flamingos join thousands of resident and migrating Andean flamingos, including the endangered James flamingos.
