This two-story building with attached tower that was built in 1880 by Gustavo Adolfo Wulff Mowle, for which reason it is known as Wulff Castle. It houses the Maritime Museum, the Museo Cultura del Mar with an interesting collection of seafaring items reflecting the history of the city. It is open daily except Monday.
