Giant Tortoises and Sea Turtles
On Santa Cruz island, the Charles Darwin Research Center
maintains a protected enclosure for the giant tortoises.
Water for the tortoises comes in regularly filled, fresh water "ponds."
The tortoises do their part to maintain the propagation of the species.
