Angel Falls, Venezuela
Photo of the Week - 07/15/2007

Spectacular Angel Falls is one of South America's top destinations. Located within Parque Nacional Canaima, the falls are 3,212 ft (979 m) high and the highest uninterrupted falls in the world.
The park is Venezuela's second largest national park and includes rolling savannas, forests, woodlands, cliffs, and steep flat-topped tepuis, from which fall awe-inspiring cascades of water. Angel Falls and Roraima, the highest tepui in the Guiana Highlands, are top attractions within the park.
