Esta foto muestra su frontis con el Cristo Redentor con sus brazos abiertos, En frente esta la estatua del Arzobispo de Santiago Don Crescente Errazurriz. Monseñor Erázurriz fue rector de la UC y Presidente de la Academia de la Lengua de Chile. Es una obra de la escultora chilena Ana Lagarrigue fundida en bronce en 1935.

The main building of the Catholic University of Chile has a statue of Christ the Redeemer with outstretched arms on the roof. In front of the building, the bronze statue by Chilean sculptress Ana Lagarrigue, unveiled in 1935, represents Don Crescente Errazurri, Archbishop of Santiago and Rector of the University, and president of the Academy of Language of Chile.
