Esta es una obra de Agustín Eberline y data de 1910. Es una estatua levantada sobre un pedestal de rocas en medio de una gran fuente de agua. La estatua alegórica simboliza a la República de Chile, representando la minería, la agricultura y la pesca, en su cúspide hay un gran condor con las alas extendidas. La fuente fue donada por la comunidad chileno-alemana con motivo del primer centenario de la independencia de Chile en Octubre de 1942. La fuente fue restaurada en 1997 para conmemorar los 150 años de la inmigracion alemana a Chile.

German Fountain is the work of Agustín Eberline, dated 1910, and consists of a statue rising from a pedestal of rocks in the midst of a cascade of water. The statue symbolizes the Chilean Republic, with mining, agriculture and fishing as staple industries and at the pinnacle, a great condor stretches its wings. The fountain was a donation from the German-Chilean community celebrating the centennial of the Chilean independence in 1942. The fountain was restored in 1997 to commemorate 150 years of German immigration to Chile.
