¿Por Que Nos Gusta Comer?
Filete A Lo Pobre
Filete A Lo Pobre means Poor Man's Steak, but it is anything but!
Eaten with bread to soak up the juices, and a good red wine, this
is a meal for a champion, says Clarence.
It is delicious, but you'd better have a huge appetite!

Also called bistec a lo pobre, it is a thick steak, cooked crisply on
the outside, rare and juicy on the inside, is served with fried
potatoes, grilled onions and eggs fried in the juices of the meat and onions.
