Pernil de Chancho is a cut of pork form the loin or haunch.
Clarence had it with a spicy sauce and a salad of tomatoes and
avocado, which is a favorite among Chileans.

Clarence recommends drinking chicha with this meal followed
by papayas in their own juice to aid digestion.
