The graphic tells you if I am currently available for calls. Remember, I can only take one call at a time. (Daylight time applies.) If I'm not available, you can ask to be notified when I am available, or send a note to set up a convenient time.

Other times might happen on an un-announced basis.

It's not free, but then, what is?

Once you know when I am available you can call direct from anywhere in North America toll free at 1 800 ASK KEEN (1 800 275 5336) extension 080341. The $US 2.10/minute charges still apply, but there are no long distance charges to deal with.

• If your question requires a great deal of research, you are better off to send email so that I can take my time to respond in writing. There may be a charge for this service.
  As always, you can post your message at Forum.
• I am not a travel agent, a group travel planner or a reservation agency, but I do have the in-depth knowledge to help you get the most from your trip.
• Please do not ask me to recommend specific travel agencies, tours, airlines, cruise ships, hotels, guides, etc.
• Abusive or hostile callers will be held on the line as long as possible so you will be charged the maximum for the call
