Cazuela en Champagne
The ever popular Bellini has nothing on this long-time favorite cocktail from Chile. Frozen pureed fruit of your choice, champagne or sparkling wine, yummm. It's often served with or instead of dessert and you can also create a non-alcoholic version.
Sopaipillas
These doughnut-like pastries made from mashed squash and flour are a Chilean favorite. Traditionally served with Miel de Chancaca, a thick molasses-like syrup, they are a wonderful treat on a cold winter day.
