Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 large onions
- 1 red pepper or hot pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 green olives
- 2 black olives
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon flour or corn flour
- 1/2 tablespoon ground red pepper
Preparation:
Either chop very fine or use a food processor to blend all the ingredients.Simmer for 45 to 60 miuntes, stirring frequently, until the flavors are blended and the sauce is thickened.
Use as a seasoning for any type of meat.
