As expected, the Jury wants to know why Danni and Steph acted the way they did. Some are upset that Steph lied about voting them out. Others wonder why Danni got that far, since she had a disappearing alliance.
Some of the Jury questions are mild, others are very pointed, and Judd's as expected, are blunt. He is extremely angry with Steph and promises he isn't going to vote for her. Steph and Danni answer all the questions and when voting begins, Rafe votes for Steph, and Judd votes for Danni. Jeff collects the votes and leaves by helicopter without tallying them.
The next scene is the recreated Tribal Council scene at CBS Television Studio in Los Angeles where Jeff arrives by helicopter and tallies the vote. Only four votes are needed to name the Sole Survivor. Danni gets the first vote, then Steph gets one, and Danni gets three more.
Danni Boatwright, the sports radio talk show host, is the Survivor 11 Sole Survivor! She wins not only the one million dollar prize, but a Pontiac Torrent just like the one Cindy won. Congratulations, Danni! Her win proves that you never can foretell who will win. Will it be the up-front players like Rafe and Steph, who are acknowleged leaders, or the ones who wait and watch for the opportunity to make a move, and then grab it with both hands?
The traditional Reunion takes place, with all of the contestants present to reminisce, exchange comments and learn about the next season of Survivor. Gary has to explain his reasons for denying his past football career and a number of the contestants talk about their future plans.
As rumored, Survivor return to Panama, to an isolated island they call Exile. With new twists promised, including the tribes divided in new ways, contestants banished to a rocky, uninhabited Exile island where they might find clues that might help their game plan, it sounds like there's another exciting season ahead.
